We offer the full range of NHS childhood immunisations to help protect your baby and child from serious illnesses. Vaccinations are a safe and effective way to protect your child as they grow, and we’re here to support you through each stage.
Appointments are available throughout the week at different times of the day as we understand how busy family life can be and we will always try to offer something that works for you.
Your baby’s first appointment (8 weeks)
Your baby’s first immunisations are due at 8 weeks. Before this, you will need a GP check to make sure your baby is well and able to have their vaccinations.
Our team will contact you to arrange both appointments one after another on the same day. We will continue to contact you if we haven’t heard back, as it’s important your baby is protected, so please don’t ignore us — we’re only getting in touch because it matters.

If you have any concerns
It’s completely understandable to have questions about vaccinations. If you would like to talk anything through, we are very happy to arrange an appointment with one of our Practice Nurses, either by telephone or face to face, so you feel comfortable and informed.
If you think your child may have missed any vaccinations, please contact the practice and we can advise you on what can be offered and the best next steps.
