Our diabetic clinic supports patients aged 17 and over living with diabetes. You will receive regular reviews including blood tests (such as HbA1c), foot checks, and medication reviews. Good diabetes control significantly reduces the risk of complications such as heart disease, kidney problems, and sight loss — regular checks are an important part of staying well.
Patients are recalled annually, between April and February. If you have not heard from us during this period, please contact the practice.
