    Dr listened to what I said and tried to answer my questions and was good at explaining Sunday 2 February
    The appointment with the physiotherapist went well. She was very professional and gave useful advice. Very friendly and helpful. Will have to now follow her advice for a few weeks and see if it alleviates my pain. Saturday 1 February
    Blood appointment very efficient and friendly followed by appointment with the nurse who was very helpful and gave excellent and easy to understand advice. Friday 31 January
    It was very easy to get an appointment. The receptionists are helpful and lovely. The locum Dr was very thorough and listened to my concerns. My previous practice made it very difficult to even have the telephone answered and could not accommodate booking appointments for someone who works so this practice is brilliant Friday 31 January
